securing a flange to concrete

whats the best way to secure a toilet flange to a concrete floor with a tile floor over it?

Aling the flange so that the slots for the toilet bolts are parallel to the wall behind the toilet, then drill a couple of holes about 1-1/2" deep through the mounting holes on the flange, and install a couple of 1-1/4" long Tapcon screws.
