I replaced pressure regulator in my house last summer because of high pressure problems (120psi.Yesterday same problem occurs, I again replace regulator but no help on pressure, it keeps climbing to around 120psi. Any help on this problem would be much appreciated.

kind of PRV are you installing?

PRV is a WATTS REGULATOR
1/2" 25AUB STD
Range 25-75 psi
Set 50 psi
Inital Pressure 300 psi MAX

SHOULD BE 3/4,
set it at 70 psi

WHER ARE YOU TAKING YOUR PRESSURE READINGS
AFTER YOU INSTALL THE PRV ?
