Unhappy

I have a bath with in 20 ft of water heater. The second bath is about 60 ft from the water heater.

Pressure in both baths are about the same, the "20 ft" bath heats water in a timely fashion but does not get as hot as the "60 ft" bath. The sink in the "20 ft" bath heats water if you have the trolling motor style handle in the right position. The other fixtures heat and pressure are fine.

My husband thinks it is because "I use the reserve up when I shower in the "6o ft" bath. But, it is more difficult to clean the "20 ft" tub because the water doesn't get hot enough to rinse the cleansers and oils out of the tub.

Is there something I could do? The plumbing is 1.5 yrs old. Yep, hubby installed. There are no sinks connected in the "60 ft" bath -- yep, he is to install them the same day he fixes this hot water issue. :-)

I have one water heater, and the temp is set.

Thanks!
Tracy C.

THE SHOWER VALVE IN THE 20' BATHROOM,
IS THIS A REGULAR 5 FOOT TUB ?
IF SO YOU PROBOBLY HAVE A SCALD GUARD FEATURE SET TOO LOW,OR WAS NEVER SET PROPERLY.

NATURALLY YOU WILL USE MORE HOT WATER ENERGY
IN THE 60' BATHROOM,LONGER RUN,MORE THERMAL
LOSS.
