For upstairs master bath, the access for double lavs will be only in one place for both 3/4 lines (with 1/2 tee's). The stud wall is non-load bearing, can side by side 1/2 inch holes be used to reach both lavs?
Or do I need to go with one above the other.?
Engineered floor joists prevent another access.

I would go with one higher than the other for easier clearance (hot water on the left, cold water on the right..cutoff valves on all four). Good luck!

Apparently I will have to sister a couple of studs to those that I drill two 5/8's holes through because that is more than 1/2 of a studs 1 1/2 inch thickness.

redo bath rooms

we have two bath rooms that that are back to back. one is the master and all it had in it was a 1/2 bath. we are wanting to change a little in both. in the full bath we want to put just a shower stall instead of a tub, in the master bath we are going to put a whirlpool. we are looking at using the drain for the now tub for the whirlpool and running the drain from the shower stall into the same drain if possible?? is this ok thanks

Adding a bath

I would like to know if the drain on the washing machine is large enough to handle the addition of a toilet, shower and tub? The drain in question is on the exterior wall. I can access the drain by busting the slab, and tapping in to the drain. Oh yea, I have a septic system, and this drain is the last drop off the the main trunk line. This wash room is to be inlarged in the addition. Thank in advance for any information. Jeff
