The nipple to the tub spout is probably galvanized, which needs replacing.

Remove spout, then nipple and/or nipples and 90, and replace with copper.

Sounds like when you turned on the water, crud in the water lines plugged up the aerators on your faucets. Remove the aerators by unscrewing (it's on the end of the faucet) and clean the screen. Do this on each faucet. Before you reinstall flush the lines.

Please turn off caps lock.

And yes what type of pipes do you have in your house?

If galvanized, do think long and hard about replacing all of it.
