Hot water problem in shower

I have a 3 year old house. The hot water in both the showers is not quite hot. However, in all other places on the same floor, it comes normally quite hot.

You probably have scald-guard valves in the showers. They have an adjustment that you can get to by removing the handle which will allow you to increase the water temp. some. Post again with the specific brand of valves and I will see if I can walk you through it.
