Plumbing in shower proble

I have a shower in my home where the curved 6" long pipe which comes out of the wall where the shower head attaches which was cracked at the threads where it screwed into the wall. Since the threads are inside the 90 elbow in the wall, is there an easy way to unscrew the threaded portion from the elbow in the wall?

It broke off inside the elbow and I don't want to cut open the shower wall and replace the elbow if I don't have too. Please advise.

Thanks in advance.
Steve

Go to local big box and ask for a 1/2" IP easy out in plumbing dept.
