A plumber replaced the sewer line outside, but the city put a camera in now showing that he did not correct it because he should have done it in the basement as well. We have continued back up occ. Now it must be done all over plus done correctly, we already had the landscaping done as well. What can we do about the plumber who messed it up worse?? Thanks.

Was he licensed,if so try your best to get him to resolve the problem,if that fails call your citys licensing dept they might be able to help you,I am on Long Island in NY and my county has a restatuion fund which all licensed contractors pay into.Good luck
