Sump Pump Problem

Sump Pump Problem
I have a big problem and don't know what to do. When I connect the sump pump to the outlet, the pipe starts to shake making this loud sound. I don't know if it is because the sump pump needs to be replace or if it is just a matter of moving a switch. Can someone give me any ideas.Thank you

How old is the pump? And is the pit in need of a thorough cleaning?
Can you take a picture of the pump or give a brand?
