well water on, clanking going on

I am on my own well water. Recently,whenever I run water, the flow decreases and increases, while there is a clanking noise going on at the same time. This also happens when the toilet gets flushed and when the dishwasher is going. Please help me!!!!

Sounds like you have a bearing going bad inside your pump. The clanking noise might be your pump impeller. If you do not know how to repair your pump, call a plumber asap, or all of a sudden....no water. Good Luck! Edit: The sooner you rebuild your pump, the less it will cost you. It may just be bearings and a new gasket now, but if it seizes up, you could burn up the motor, tear up the pump, etc., which might mean having to replace the whole thing. Good Luck!
