I'd cap it if you are no longer going to use it, they make caps for pvc that glue on.

I agree, you should cap the line. get the blue wet/dry pvc cement and make sure you use primer first.

dripping faucet

The faucet in my bathroom drips as if I have not turned it off all the way...I can get it to stop by turning the handles extremely tight, but I would like to correct this. I can see the screws under the H and C caps on the faucets, do I tighten these?
