i have well water & my pipes are sweating through the house. Is there anything i can do to keep them from sweating? should i wrap the pipes with the foam stuff ????

Pipes "sweat" from condensation caused by water cooling the pipes and warm, moist air around them. Foam insulation will help. Good Luck!

Can't turn hot water faucet--frozen

The hot water faucet in the bathroom is almost impossible to turn on. Any suggestions about how to fix it. It is about 21 years old.

My water bill doubled this past quarter. I was told to watch the meter and see if there was movement on the dial even when all the water is off. I did this and there is a "triangle" on the dial that does turn, although very slowly, even with the water off. Is there a way I can tell where the leak is coming from?
