What is the reasonable price to ask someone to replace the Pressure reducing valve? In addition, what is the price to replace the main water supply valve?

Is it easy to do it by myself? How to do it?

Well, sweating copper pipe is pretty easy. But I don't know if I'd like my first try at it to be on the main inlet to my house. Failure could be pretty painful.

I don't know what a plumber would charge you, but the parts for the PRV repair would be less than $50, and for the main valve less than $10. All the tools and supplies you'd need for sweating the pipe are only about $20. The plumber would be in your house less than an hour.
