Overflowing shower

Whenever any water is put into our septic system, it floods out in our downstairs shower. It has been a problem since we moved in about a year ago, but gets much worse when it rains. Is this a septic tank problem or a plumbing problem? Please help!

Have you had the tank checked out yet?

It could be a tank problem or it could just be a line problem.

Plumbing cost

What is a reasonable cost to have a water main valve and a PRV installed on my main water line? What about an expansion tank on my hot water heater?

Drain in bathroom tub completely closed!!

The drain in the bathroom tub was draining very slow...it sometimes took 2-3 hours to drain the water from a shower. Then, I cleaned the tub using some bleach and made it nice and white again. I thought everything was ok until I took a shower. Now the bath tub doesn't drain at all. What should I do? It is now full with water and not draining at all. Thanks.
