toilet emptying after flush

i replaced the bathroom floor then put a new tiolet in and know when i flush it emptys fine and fills up fine but after 5 minutes the tiolet will slowly drain so the bowl is dry? help please!!!

Sounds like the maunline is on the verge of plugging up on you, if you have an outside cleanout, remove the cap and see if there is water in the pipe, if so clean this line out with a machine.

Replacing broken toilet flange

I needed to replace an 20 year old cracked toilet. When I removed the old one and set the new one it was about 1/2" higher than the Floor. It is for sure not the wax ring. The flange is 3/4" above the concrete floor. "Rocking Horse" toilet. Also I noticed the flange is broken at the bolt holes so I can't tighten down the new one even if shimmed. The old one didn't rock. The flange seems to be of a black plastic type. Just had been set to high for new toilets. What can I do? How can I replace the broken flange and raise the floor or lower the flange

Bathtub Stopper won't stay open

Need advise on how to fix a bathtub stopper that won't stay open to let water drain. I have to keep my hand on to let the water out. When I remove my hand it slowly closes up and the water will not drain.
