We need to take out of the bathroom the vanity sink and replace with a pedestal sink.
I don't know how to take it out. Can you guide step by step?

Shut water off at the stops, disconnect the supply lines and the drain pipe, now you can pull the vanity out.

There are probably a couple of screws which hold the vanity to the wall. The sink and counter top are removed in any of a number of ways depending on what type of sink it is. If the sink is set into the counter, you'll probably find some screws holding it in and maybe some other screws holding the vanity to the counter. If the sink and counter are one piece, it may just be caulked into place -- separate them with a putty knife.
