Question

I have a problem of sorts. The base of the pedastal is solid which doesn't allow me to connect the pipe leading from the wall to the drain in the basin. Is it possible to use a flexipipe or do I have to move the pipe up

Cool

mslady,
Please see my reply to your post Sat p.m. I would relocate the trap (curved pipe) up to the sink drain tailpiece, and then make up drain pipe down to the wall. OR, you can move the pedestal out, and use longer flex supply hoses. Good Luck!
