low water pressure

My first floor kitchen faucet has very low water pressure. The faucet is one of those pull out flexible things, only about 3 years old. I have tried taking it apart and cleaning it; that did not work. The pressure is fine in every other faucet.

I am assuming the shutoff valves are open all the way. Have you tried taking the aerator off and cleaning it. Unscrew it from the end of the spout and clean it out.

refinishing tub

I am looking to have a tub refinished, the tub is blue and I would like to get it refinished in white. Is there a process to do this and is there a company in the western suburbs of Chicago to do this?

Sewer smell

Recently in one bathroom there has been ana sewer order. There does not apear to be a leak anywhere. What could be causing the smell? Could it be a defective wax ring, or a clouged vent pipe? Will try any suggestions to fix. Thanks
