new toliet

I have a out side room next to carport. I would like to add a toliet and utility sink in this room. The plumbing is 1 to 2 feet higher than the concret floor. Is there a way to do this project.

Treat it like a basement and have an ejector pump system installed. Have it done by a pro. It is a project that is beyond the capabilities of most homeowners.

Kitchen sink drain basket...

I need to replace the drain basket in the kitchen sink, but I don't know how to remove it from the sink. The plumbing is about 30 yrs. old. I know how the new ones are installed, but the original one in the sink is not the same. Any suggestions? thanks -troy

Toilet tank doesn't fill...

My toilet tank won't fill! Yes, the water is on, but no H2O coming out. If you fill the tank by hand, it will flush. Any suggestions? Water does SLIGHTLY leak out of the (I have NO idea what its called) pipe that leads from the bottom of the tank, to the part where it is supposed to come out, but thats it. My only other toilet is a very slow flush. So, with 2 kids - I'm In Trouble---------Can you help???
