There are do-it-yourself kits out there, but personally, I would hire it done by a pro. You'll be much happier with the finished product (and this is something you'll have to live with for a long time!!), plus, you'll get a warranty!!
My outdoor faucet is high use, and now seems worn out. I changed faucet handle - no improvement, so the problem is deeper. Can the square piece be replaced without an entire new assembly? Do it myself? Or call the plumber?
I am installing a new laundry tub in the basement. The new tub's drain is a the end of the tub. The old tub's drain was in the center and matched up with the pipe going into the floor. How do I get the new drain to hook up( about a 3 to 4 inch difference).
