central heating, have none!

the upstairs radiators do not work, this seems to of happened around the time we had our back boiler replaced.
the water pump was replaced later and since then the heating upstairs has not worked.
despite bleeding the radiators, emptying them individualy, and trying to force if there was one any blockages out, still the heating does not work. the downstairs radiators work perfectly.
We are now at a loss, what else we can do, any ideas please.

The folks who replaced your back boiler should have run a system check. Since they had to open the lines to do this, it's very likely that they introduced air into the system, which nearly always causes mysterious things to happen. I'd call them back and say that ever since they did their thing you haven't had heat up there. Was your circulation pump on when you bled the boilers?
