No hot water after replacing tap

No hot water after replacing tap on my bath. I drained the hot and cold tanks and now I,ve turned back on the tanks refilled but I have nothing out of any hot tap in the house. Help!

Sounds like the cold water supply to your water heater (or some other main hot water valve?) is turned off. Are you sure that the water heater tank refilled? If it is "on" with power to it with no water in the tank, the elements will be fried. I'm not a plumber, but I'd check that first. It (anything) is possible that maybe the heater hot water line is plugged somehow. If you can't find a closed valve, just come back in here and ask one of the pros. Good Luck!
