pricepfister kitchen sink very low pressure

I have replaced the faucet once since living here. I cannot find any screws around the exterior of faucet ,that I could take the assembly apart and check for blockage, the rest of my house has appropriate water pressure it is limited to the kitchen sink. Also would an ice maker line have any effect
on this problem.

Check the areator on the front of the spout, it could be clogged up.

Unexplained Noise

Arrived home last week to hear a constant pure tone like sound coming out of heat/air conditioning ducts on first floor of townhouse. Unit next to mine had recent concrete repairs (lots of jackhammering!. Noise seems to be coming from water supply line into house. Plumber who fixed leak in that line removed "pressure control valve," saying it wasen't necessary in my town about 5 years ago. Noise is constant and unchanging. Who (other than ghostbusters) should I call - or better is there anything a real novice can do?

Excessive water pressure

The water pressure in bathroom sinks seems abnormally forceful. The fixture is the pull-out single knob style (which is somewhat difficult to control anyway) and is just too difficult to regulate to the more moderate flows. Before I consider replacement, I'm wondering if I have alternatives - different washers or some kind of correction in the plumbing itself. I take a bath everytime I turn it on....Water pressure elsewhere in the home is normal. Thanks!
