Brown, sandy water

This morning I noticed that the water in my master bathroom is Very brown and sandy. I checked the other faucets and did not notice the water being brown or sandy. Any idea what might be causing this?

Try flushing out the water heater hook hose to drain valve at bottom of the heater and open it up, let it run for a sec, see what the water looks like comming out of it.
