My kitchen faucet seems to be stuck on hot, matter how I turn it. A week ago, it was stuck on cold. Do you thinkg it's fixable or should I just replace it? I'm guessing it's probably about 20 years old. Thanks.

Has anyone had any real life experience with tankless water heaters? Will they really service a whole house (two people taking a shower and the washer machine going at the same time)? I'm looking into the possibility of having one installed to save space (I live on a crawl). The latest crop of these heaters claims to have overcome the reduced water pressure and inability to make sufficient hot water to handle concurrent demand problems, but I'd like to hear from those with first hand knowledge before I go too far down this path. In short, is the technology ready for prime time? Love to hear from contractors & homeowners with first hand experience. Thanks.
