I have a Pergo wood floor in my bathroom and there is a small amount of water seeping between 2 of the boards. I looked under the bathroom sink to see if there was a evident leak, however, it looks fine.

What are your suggestions on where to start looking? Do I need to tear up the floor boards? I have a crawl space - not basement.

It may be a leak from the wax seal on your toilet. See the post "Toilet" here today. Or go under your house with a good light, and see if you can see where it's leaking.
