Pulled soapdish out, now wall soft & moldy
#1

The soapdish was pulled off the tile wall(accidentally of course) . Now the caulking is brittle and the wall behind it is soft and moldy. What do I do?
Also, the caulking in general around the tub and in the corners of the walls is cracking.
Can I use the same material to fix both issues?

Caia,
I am afraid you have a "sheetrock shower," where the tiles are attached directly to the wallboard with no cement mortar or other material in between. I believe you are going to have to repair it, and if it were mine, I would tear it out and re-do it using backer board. You can't fix it with caulking or grout. Won't work.
Shift over to the tile board with more questions.
