Leaking shower

My shower is leaking behind the wall. I have an access panel to my cold-hot and they are NOT leaking. They are leaking above, where shower head goes thru wall. What connection will I find and need to fix when I take off the panel??? Thank you.

This may be a simple repair. I'm assuming it only leaks when the shower is actually on???
Unscrew the pipe that comes through the wall at the shower. It is screwed into a fitting just behind the wall. Wrap the pipe with tape or cloth to avoid scratches and use a vice grips.
Clean both the male and female threads, reapply several wraps of teflon tape, and reattach snuggly.
This might just work.
