outside faucet

I brought my home 2 years ago. I believe the outside front faucet was working when it was inspected. I try to run an outside hose, but when I turn on the spicket from outside as well as inside behind the wall no water comes on. What can the source be?

Is your house on public water, with your outdoor spigots on a well, perhaps, as mine is? Have you checked for another cutoff valve to your outside spigots? Can you check with the former owner about the spigots?

Toilet bowl losing water

After flushing toilet, the water will not stay in the bowl. You can hear water running through pipes. There are no leaks around the tank or the bowl.

My sinks never got the handle pull connected to the sinker plug or stopper. Is is difficult to connect these two under the sink? Should I consider installing manual sink plugs/stoppers instead? HELP!
