Question

I am replacing the faucet heads and I am still getting leaks from the tap. I have checked the aeriator(sp) and that is fine. As well, the faucet heads are not turning the water off...meaning when it goes to the "off" position the water continues to run. I have to take off the caps and manually turn the valve to the off position. Even then, the water seeps out. What do I do??? help!

Did you replace the stems? If so there must be other things that seal the faucett. What kind of faucett is it? As far as the handles not turing the faucett off sounds like they are stripped. Try looking at them and possibly replacing them
