toilet make loud whining noise when filling

Please help, After I replace the inside parts to our toilet it makes a loud whinning noise when it is filling. It can be heard throughout the house. Any help would be great.

Brother,
Check you head-space at the Cloggins valve.
The smilee could be caught at the pyloric valve. Or better yet, check to see if you head is up your forth point-of-contact.
