Simple Flux Question

I am trying to find out what the difference is between no. 5 and no. 95 soldering flux. I went to oatey.com and the only thing i can find is that no. 95 has ground solder powder in it. Im assuming that once applied and heated, the joint already has some solder in it before you start applying solder yourself.

if thats the case, it would make sense to always use no. 95 cause it will yield higher quality (stronger) joints.

am I right or not,
brad

Have not heard of #95 but have used #5 for 30 years and love it. May be something new to be compatable with the new lead free solders. I noticed when using 95/5 solder (95% Tin and 5% antimony) on hot water lines that it had a tendency to get pinhole looking pits at the top of the joint. Never leaked there but looked strange.
