faucets

I attempted to change my bathroom faucets but when I turned the hot water valve under the sink back on, I could not get water to come out. What could my problem be? The cold water side comes out just fine.

Hi Govols,
-the bath hot water shutoff is possibly plugged with sedimant or scale. You should shutoff incoming valve on top of hot tank and remove the bath valve. Now get someone to hold a bowl under the pipe while you very briefly switch on again to clean it out. After re-fitting the valve and switching on again this is a good opportunity to drain and flush out the hot water tank. Turn off the H/W breaker or gas valve first, then flush the tank 2-3 times through a hose running outside.

Do it right - Do it once.
