Alternate Dishwasher Rough-In

Alternate Dishwasher Rough-In
As part of the remodeling of out kitchen, we are relocating the dishwasher away from the sink. The fixture will share a common wall with a half bath and there is very easy access to the 1 ½ waste line as well as the supply lines. The supply line are ask, but I do have questions about the waste line.
Is it possible to drain directing to the waste line?
Do I need to worry about venting?
What fittings would I need to make this work?
I would appreciate and insights or advice on this interesting rough in.
Thanks

You need an air gap on the sink between the dw drain hose and connection to a drain. You also need a trap between the dw drain hose and the drain line, or you could get backup contamination and sewer gas through the dw.
You need to tie the dw drain hose into the sink tailpiece above the trap.
