? bushing

Hello
The pvc-one inch I.D.- from my sump pump was cut flush to the foundation so I can't get an elbow on it to divert it away from the house. When it pumps it hits you in the leg. My wife said put a plant there but the water still goes back down in the sump area.
Any innovative ideas as to how to handle this?
Thanx
Pete

You may have to do some sanding or grinding on a piece of 3/4" CPVC pipe to get it to fit inside what you have. CPVC is smaller diameter pipe so it may work. Then you could put an elbow on that. Good luck.

Hello
I didn't know cpvc was a little smaller-I'll see what I can do to 'fashion' a stub that I can get an elbow on. Thank you.
