Mixer for Toilet Tank Water to Prevent Condensation

We do not have air conditioning and on humid days, the toilet tanks drip condensated water on the floor. I know that in some comercial locations, they use mixers or heaters to bring the toilet water temperature up high enough that condensation is not a problem. Are these units available for small-scale home use?

The answer is yes, they are available but it will still entail cutting up the wall to get to the pipes hot and cold to install it. You may be able to take out the vanity and do all the piping there so the walls that show won't be torn up.
If you can work comfortably with piping, go for it but if you have to solder pipes be VERY carefull. It's easy to start something on fire if you're not careful.
Good luck!
