Burying (Hiding) a rough In drain in basement

Hello All,
I just started finishing my basement. I want to make my full roughed in basement bathroom a half bath. The only problem is the rough in for the tub drain is smack in the middle of where I need to put my hallway. I am in Virginia, and essentially what I want to do is cut the line flush to the floor, chisel away enough concrete to be able to glue a cap on it, patch the concrete and lay dricor (1" subfloor) over top of it.

Does this sound like its ok to do?

I see no reason you cannot do what you plan. It will have no effect on any other plumbing. Good luck with your project.
