PVC pipe leaks

Hi, I have a PVC pipe connecting from the water meter to the house and there have been several leaks. I've tried to fix it with different glues and some spots were fixed and some not. What should I been using instead to fix the leak best?

Thanks.

msdreamer_2001, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Your best bet would be to dig up a section of the pipe and replace it. Use 2 couplings and the proper glue and primer. Dig back far enough that you can lift one end to make to second connection without breaking the pipe in the process (a couple of feet). Good luck with your project.
Make sure there are no rocks in the trench that could rub a hole in the pipe. A 50 pound bag of playsand could form a soft bed for the new pipe.
