Installing an outside faucet

We are buying a house that has no outside water faucet and we would like to install one. Our pipes are copper. Could someone tell me how to do this step by step? I appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Shut water off, drain down system completely, figure out best location for hose bibb, use a frostproof hosebibb to eliminate the use of a valve inside, drill hole, drill 2 holes for stainless steel screws to anchor bibb to wall, use 100% silicone sealant around the backing plate of bibb, open valve up before soldering, tee into cold water line with copper piping, run pipe to bibb, make sure bibb is angled downward slightly through hole in wall for the drainage of the bibb, then solder copper piping into bibb and water line. Do not shut bibb off until cool or run water through bibb before turning off.
