Simple question...i think

hi there,
i have a framed out ledge around my whole basement. Above this ledge in my utility room runs the plumbing pipes. I need to "bump" out the pipes so i can install a whole house filter. I tried cutting out the ledge and it gets me a few inches but i need a few more. So, my question is can i place 90 degree elbows or perhaps 45's to bump out this straight run of pipe without dropping my water pressure? or any other unforseen problems. The plumbing aspect of this will be pretty simple but i was unsure of the pressure aspect.
BTW its 3/4 inch pipe just after the well and before the softener and water heater.
Thanks in Advance.

The use of 45's and 90's should have no effct on the water pressure. Good luck.
