Question Toilet flush makes pipes bang

After a Sears refrigerator w/ice maker was installed in the kitchen of my house an unusual problem developed. Whenever any of the toilets are flushed the copper pipes feeding the H2O shutoff valve behind the refrigerator shudder. This same shudder also takes place on a 1/4 " plactic line in the RO system. I recently had the distribution line in the water softener become damaged which caused a resin leak in the water system of the house. I don't know if this shudder that occurs when the toilet is flushed could nhave caused that or not.

What is causing the shudder in the pipes? Whta do I need to do to correct the problem?
