Restoring Distored Copper Pipe to Round?

I twisted off a 1/2 inch copper pipe in side the tub spout leaving 1-1/2 inch of pipe sticking out from the tiles. After cutting off the jagged end I have 1-1/4 inch left which is out of round.

I would like to sweat a connector onto this pipe and then the couple of inches of additional pipe which would allow me to install a new spout for the tub.

My question is how to restore as near to perfect "round" to the pipe as possible? (This would allow me to fit a connector/coupler and that I can sweat successfully so I can add a couple of inches of additional pipe on which to mount a new spout for the tub.)

Is there a tool specifically made to restore distored ends of 1/2 inch copper pipe to round? If so, the name? maker? Technique/experience in using it?

Many thanks!

Mike,
A local plumbing supply will carry a tool called a swedge for resizing copper.
I have a kit that covers 1/2" to 1".
Should'nt be to expensive.
