Redirecting Main Vent pipe by 45's

I am currently putting a new roof on my home and would like to redirect the main plumbing vent pipe (3" PVC) over about 2' by using 2 45 degree bends.
Is this allowed? I live on Long Island New York

Check local code office. I have seen this done to avoid going into a rafter and personally see nothing wrong with it as long as the piping keeps going upwards. Codes vary from area to area so we always advise checking with the local office so we do not give bad advice. Good luck.

I can not imagine circumstances under which this would not be acceptable, but I doubt that your local codes are in any way based on my imagination.
