Wierd Water Pressure Problem

We're having problems with our bathroom sink water. The cold water comes out nice and strong, but the hot water comes out just a trickle. I thought it was the faucet but I replaced the entire faucet and still the same problem. We have flexible metal tubing from the water pipes to the faucet, could there be a clog somewhere in the system?

The rest of the hot water flow in the house is fine, flow of cold and hot are the same, nice and strong. It's just the bathroom sink.

has anyone else seen something like this? thank you very much!

bw28, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Try turning off the hot water under the sink and disconnecting the supply tube at the valve. Hold a rag over the valve and turn it on and off two or three times. This should dislodge any debris that may be blocking it. If not, next step would be to disconnect the supply tube at the faucet and do the same thing. Good luck.
