Banging noise from copper pipe

Banging noise from drain pipe in crawl space following flushing toilet, dishwasher draining and running water in house. I believe it has something to do with the vent pipe. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You.

INSANITY IS CONTINUING THE SAME BEHAVIOR AND EXPECTING A DIFFERENT RESULT. A.E.

kwallace, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Not sure why you think it may be a vent problem. The drain and vent are all one system and should be hardpiped. (all connected with sweat joints if the system is copper. It may be one or more of the pipe supports/hangers has broken and allowing the pipe to swing into a pier or support under the house. Toilets and dishwashers have a high velocity of water when used. The weight of the water could possibly "swing" the drainpipe into anything close. Good luck.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is water hammer coming from the water supply, not the drain side. Is it an almost vibaration?
