Anyone know where to get this???

Cut open the basement slab to rough in a bathroom. The waste pipe was exactly where expected but it's 3" not 4". We're using a Mainline backflow valve that's only made in 4". Water can't lay in it or it will defeat functionality so a plain reducer won't work. The plumber doing the under slab work said an eccentric reducer would do the trick, but he doesn't know if he can get one.

Does anyone know where to get an eccentric 4" x 3" reducer bushing???

Thanks guys!

You forgot to mention what material the pipe is. I have never heard of an eccentric bushing, only eccentric reducers.

The new pipe and backwater valve is PVC. An eccentric reducer is fine too.

Thanks!

Would Fernco rubber fittings be suitable?

Is the existing soil pipe cast iron or also PVC?

Existing pipe is cast iron. Fernco makes an eccentric rubber sleeve that would do the trick but since it only uses hose clamps the plumber says it wont't pass code under the slab.

How about No-hub? They are permitted under slabs. Not sure if they make what you want/need. Good luck.
