Noise from Pipe Clanking

When I use the Hot Water in my bathroom sink the pipes rattle and make a gawd awful sound that makes my dogs run. What would this be caused from and how would one rectify it?

Thanks in advance

Could be a bad washer\"O" ring in the stem/cartridge of your hot faucet. Take the hot saucet apart and see if the washer on the end of the stem is deteriorated. If it is a single handle faucet, it may have a cartridge that needs replaced/repaired. Good luck.

I already replaced the faucet all together. It did it before and after replacement of the faucet. Would it be a pressure related issue?

Not super likely...
How about the shut-off valve or some other obstruction in the line?

If you disconnect the line from the faucet and run it into a bucket do you get the noise?
