Weird bubbly sound from the sink

Hi guys,

I'm a new home owner, first time actually, so i do not know much about home.

I have a bathroom beside the internal heating unit. When i turn on my heater (central heating unit) the bathroom's sink starting to make funny sound, like bubbly sound, if i close the sink hole, it stopped, or when i drain water on that sink it stopped.

Can someone tell me what roughly could cause this weird bubble sound.

Thank you in advanced.

It's hard to tell from here, but I would hazard a guess that you have a condensing 90% furnace that drains into a common drain with the sink in question. I don't think that you should be noticing anything, and getting a professional over to look at it might be a good idea. It may be plumbed incorrectly.
