Air Gap Problem

Just installed a new sink/faucet/air gap. When I run the dishwasher the air gap leaks water on the deck. Is this normal. It does not come out very much or for very long. It seems to only come out when it is changing cylcles and draining water. Very frustrated, any ideas?

It should not do that. Many of these can be opened up by removing the top cap. You may have something clogging one of the hoses. Good luck.
