Stuck Faucet Handles

How can I take a bathtub faucet handle off. I believe it has stripped. Thanks

Normally, on the end of the handle there is a cap. These can be popped off with a screwdriver. Under the cap is a screw. Remove the screw and pull on the handle. It may have built-up deposits of calcium and can be a pain to remove. Sometimes you have to get a handle removal tool. Almost like a bearing puller. Good luck.

If you are wearing leather gloves, a pocket knife blade sometimes works better to pop the trim cap.
